No Liability
Rise is not liable for any damages or losses arising from your reliance on AI chat content.
3.3 Subscriptions & Payments
Subscription Plans
We offer monthly and yearly plans. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges to your chosen payment method.
Auto-Renewal
Unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, subscriptions renew automatically at the prevailing rate.
Refunds
Subscription fees are typically non-refundable, except as required by applicable consumer protection laws.
Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your platform’s account settings. Your access remains active until the current billing cycle ends.
3.4 Limitations of Liability
No Warranty
Rise is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We make no warranties regarding its reliability, accuracy, or suitability for any particular purpose.
Indemnification
